Rio Preto Heart of
Palm cooky

Peack the Rio Preto Heart of Palm in a saucer and mack the stuff using the following ingredients:
½ glass of milk
An egg
Pecked parsley
One tablespoon of ferment and wheat flour in a quantity enough to make a dense stuff.
Put salt to your liking
Drip the mass in hot oil and let it flush. Turn it when fried

 

Rio Preto Heart of
Palm tart

6 pieces of canned medium Rio Preto Heart of Palm
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of corn starch
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoon of onion
1 teaspoon of salt

Fry the onion with butter and add the cornstarch till make a dense stuff. Add salt and gather the peacked Rio Preto Heart of Palm. Boil a little more and let it to cool before use it as stuffing for the tart.
 

Rio Preto Heart of

Peacked Rio Preto Heart of Palm
2 glasses of milk
1 glass of meat pottage
Leek scallion
Salt
1 tablespoon of butter
2 yolks
Cornstarch
Pecked parsley

Boil the mijlk, the meat pottage, the peacked onion, some round slices of leek scallion and put salt to your liking. Let it bubble, add some cornstarch in order to thicken this mass. Then add the cream, the butter, the youks, the pecked parsley and the Rio Preto Heart of Palm. Temper to your liking.

Brended Rio Preto Heart of Palm

1 tablespoon of wheat flour
2 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 yolk
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of coconut juice
2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 cup of peacked cooked Rio Preto Heart of Palm

Dissolve the flour, the cornstarch, the yolk and salt in the milk and coconut juice. Add the melted margarine stiring the mixture till boil. Add the Rio Preto Heart of Palm and cook for more 5 minutes. Take from the fire and put in a tray. Serve it with fish and shrimps.
 

Rio Preto Heart of Palm soup

Dissolve 2 tablets of chicken pottage in 1 liter of boiling water. Gather 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and dissolve a yolk in a small quantity of cool water. Add peacked Rio Preto Heart of Palm, 1 milk cream can and oil. Put the peacked parsley and serve it hot.
 
Rio Preto Heart of Palm pie

½ liter bottle of milk
2 yolks
1 tablespoon os conrstarch
1 peacked egg
50g of olives
6 pieces of Rio Preto Heart of Palm
Pie stuff

Take the Rio Preto Heart of Palm and stew in such gray and than add the ingredients in order to make a cream. Stuff the mass, paint it with yolk to gild. Take it to soft fire.
